STEP ONE: One
hour executive meeting
Character, like water, flows down hill. We meet with your executive leaders
and brief them fully on what is expected of an organization undertaking such
a serious step as creating a culture of character.
STEP TWO: Half day familiarisation
program for team leaders
Our consultant outlines the program for your key leaders to help them understand
their role. We demonstrate how Character Works will make their jobs easier
and their lives simpler.
Facilitator Training
If you have large numbers to train you may opt to have your own personnel trained
to facilitate the program. (We always run the first one)
Character Champion
We help you choose the person in your organisation who will be the driver of
the program. We will develop a relationship with this person to make sure
you are always getting the most value for your investment.
STEP THREE: One day ‘The
Fox Proof Chook House Seminar’ for all employees
Seminar details
Your people all attend this one day unique Australian program in groups of
15 to 20. Driven by 25 quirky video introductions presented by Colin Pearce
(often in unusual chook houses) it is a very entertaining program.
Each participant receives a seminar pack containing The
Fox-Proof Chook House book, double CD set, the workbook and
pen to make sure the take home value is complete.
After they are introduced to our core character qualities
your people will step up to new levels of personal responsibility.
They engage in a full day of discussion and problem solving
and a new appreciation of their fellow team members.
Library Kit
Your organization becomes the owner of a full One Day ‘Fox Proof Chook
House Seminar’ Library pack containing the DVD and leader guide along
with other proprietary seminar helps.
STEP FOUR: Monthly roll out of
the 24 character qualities for all employees
Over 24 months you receive the tools to build a culture of character using
your own internal personnel – or if you prefer you can entrust us with
that responsibility. The materials feature Australians and New Zealanders who
exemplify character.
8 page monthly magazine
Every employee receives a subscription to the magazine which features a new
character quality every month. Many people take the magazine home to share
with their families. This is one of the great outcomes of the program.
Monthly DVD
Filmed in the entertaining style of the original 'Fox-Proof Chook House' videos,
each monthly DVD teaches a new character quality.
Posters and Cards
The 24 Core Character Qualities (CCQs) and each Monthly Character Quality are
available as posters to give constant visual reminders of the culture you
are upholding.
Leaders also receive a CCQ Palm Card - a quick reference
to the qualities and their definitions for easy reference
on the job.
